Establishment
Al Meera is established under Law No. 24 of 2005, transitioning from a consumer cooperative into a Qatari shareholding company.
2005–2006
Upgraded and Developed
26 branches across Qatar are upgraded and developed, forming the foundation of a modern retail network.

Public Listing
Al Meera is listed on the Qatar Stock Exchange (MERS), marking a significant step in its corporate evolution.
