Without prejudice to the provisions of Law No. (8) of 2008 concerning Consumer Protection. The Website is intended for use only by individuals who are legally able to enter into binding agreements under applicable laws.

We reserve the right to refuse service or restrict access in accordance with the Enforcement and Termination clause

If an order is canceled for this reason after payment has already been processed, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method, in accordance with the applicable laws.

Some promotions may be available exclusively online and may differ from offers, pricing, or availability in our physical stores
Product Use Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing product labels, ingredients, storage instructions, and usage directions prior to use or consumption. Al Meera Consumer Goods shall not be liable for adverse effects or damages arising from misuse, improper storage, failure to follow instructions, or individual sensitivities or allergies
When you place an order through the Website, such order is considered an offer to purchase the selected products in accordance with these Terms.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to accept, decline, limit, or cancel any order, in whole or in part, for valid reasons, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, delivery limitations, payment issues or suspected fraudulent activity or unauthorized activity
Product availability is not guaranteed. Al Meera Consumer Goods may limit quantities, cancel unavailable items, or offer reasonable substitutions of equal or higher value where appropriate
Order acceptance shall occur only when we confirm dispatch of the products from our fulfillment center. Until such time, no binding contract shall be formed. A binding contract shall arise only upon dispatch confirmation issued by Al Meera Consumer Goods. Prior acknowledgments or order confirmations do not constitute acceptance
In some cases, we may need to request additional information or carry out verification before confirming your order. We will inform you promptly if your order, in whole or in part, is canceled or if further details are required from you to proceed.
If payment has already been processed for an order that is subsequently canceled or partially canceled, the relevant amount will be refunded in accordance with the Cancellation and Return and Exchange clauses
Once your order has been dispatched from our fulfillment center, you will receive a notification along with tracking details, where applicable, to enable you to follow the progress of your delivery.
Delivery dates and time slots selected at checkout are provided as estimates only.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available at the delivery address during the selected delivery window, and that all address and contact information provided is accurate and complete.
If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete details, customer unavailability, restricted access to the delivery location, or any other reason attributable to the customer, we reserve the right to reschedule delivery and apply a redelivery fee ranging from QAR 20 to QAR 40, depending on the order size and delivery area.
While we make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather, operational limitations, peak demand periods, or force majeure events. In such cases, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from such delays, but we will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of the delivery status. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed to the fullest extent permitted by law, Al Meera Consumer Goods shall not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery arising from operational, logistical, or external factors beyond its reasonable control

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of information provided and for maintaining the security of their account and payment credentials in accordance with the Registration & Account Security and Payments clauses.
Al Meera Consumer Goods shall not be liable for any loss or claim arising from customer error, misuse of the Website or products, or unauthorized account use.
Al Meera reserves the right to take action in accordance with the Enforcement and Termination clause where misuse, fraud, or breach is suspected
Orders may be canceled at any time before dispatch and will be eligible for a full refund.
If an order is canceled after dispatch, or refused at the time of delivery for reasons attributable to the customer, we reserve the right to deduct handling, processing, and delivery charges of up to QAR 40 from the refunded amount
Approved refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used and will typically be processed within 7 to 14 business days, depending on bank or payment service provider’s timelines.
For clarity, cash refunds are not available under any circumstances.
For avoidance of doubt, order cancellations are governed separately from returns and exchanges. Cancellations apply prior to dispatch or at the point of delivery and are subject to the Cancellation Policy, while returns and exchanges apply after delivery and are governed by the Return and Exchange Policy
We reserve the right to deduct reasonable cancellation, handling, processing, and delivery costs incurred, up to QAR 40, from any refund where cancellation occurs after order processing or dispatch
Al Meera Consumer Goods reserves the right to refuse service, limit transactions, or suspend accounts where return, refund, promotion, or ordering policies are abused or used in bad faith
Al Meera Consumer Goods is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and protecting consumer rights in compliance with consumer protection laws. Accordingly, the following Return and Exchange Policy has been adopted subject to the applicable laws and regulations of the State of Qatar:
9.1. Scope of Application
This policy applies to all orders placed through Al Meera’s e-commerce platform and must be read in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the State of Qatar.
9.2. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Products
The following products are not eligible for return or exchange, except where a defect, damage, or error is identified at the time of delivery:
• Fresh food products (including fruits, vegetables, meat, and fish).
• Perishable products or items with a short shelf life.
• Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with, or whose original packaging has been altered.
• Discounted items or products sold under special promotional offers, unless otherwise stated.
9.3. Eligible Return or Exchange Cases
Customers may request a return or exchange in the following situations:
• Receipt of a damaged or defective product.
• Receipt of a product that does not match the order placed.
• Missing items or incorrect quantities in the order delivered.
9.4. Timeframe for Submitting a Request
For fresh food products, return or exchange requests must be submitted within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery.
For non-food products, requests must be submitted within two (2) days from the date of delivery.
Requests submitted outside these timeframes may not be accepted, except where required by applicable law.
9.5. Return and Exchange Process
Customers must contact Customer Service and submit a return or exchange request supported by photos or relevant documentation, where applicable.
All requests are subject to review, verification and approval by Al Meera Consumer Goods.
Al Meera Consumer Goods reserves the right to reject any request that does not meet the conditions as set out in this policy.
9.6. Refunds
Once a return or exchange is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method in accordance with the Cancellation clause
9.7. Return Costs
Al Meera Consumer Goods will bear the cost of returns or exchanges where the issue is due to a company error or product defect.
Where a return or exchange is requested for reasons not attributable to Al Meera Consumer Goods, customers may be responsible for any additional, in accordance with applicable laws.
This policy does not affect the statutory rights granted to consumers under the applicable laws and regulations of the State of Qatar. The policy shall be interpreted and applied in a manner that safeguards such rights.
To ensure fair access to our products for all customers, we may, at our discretion, place reasonable limits on the quantity of items that can be purchased by an individual, household, payment method, or delivery address.
These limits may also apply across multiple orders made using the same account, payment method, or delivery details.
Products purchased through the Website are intended for personal use only. Any purchases made for resale, redistribution, or commercial purposes are not permitted unless Al Meera Consumer Goods has provided prior written approval.
All payments on the Website must be made using valid credit cards, debit cards, or other payment methods that are lawfully owned and authorized by you.
To help protect our customers and the integrity of the platform, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, or reverse any transaction that appears to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in breach of these Terms.
As part of our fraud prevention efforts, we may carry out verification checks and, where necessary, request additional information or documentation before accepting or processing an order. You agree to provide such information promptly upon request
You remain responsible for maintaining the security of your payment methods and credentials in accordance with the Registration & Account Security clause
Al Meera Consumer Goods may refuse, suspend, cancel, or reverse any transaction in accordance with the Enforcement and Termination clause where fraud, misuse, legal risk, or breach of these Terms is suspected
Al Meera Consumer Goods may offer a customer loyalty and rewards program (the “Al Meera Rewards Program”).
Participation in the Al Meera Rewards Program is subject to the specific Terms and Conditions which are available at (insert the link for T&C) governing the program, which shall form an integral part of, and are incorporated by reference into, these Terms and Conditions.
By enrolling in, accessing, or using the Al Meera Rewards Program, the customer confirms they have read, understood, and accepted the applicable Rewards Program terms.
In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the Al Meera Rewards Program terms, the Al Meera Rewards Program terms shall prevail solely in relation to the Rewards Program.
Use of the Website for fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized purposes is strictly prohibited. This includes, but not limited to, the purchase, resale, or distribution of products in violation of applicable laws, regulations, or these Terms and Conditions. Al Meera Consumer Goods reserves the right to cancel orders, suspend accounts, recover products or their value, charge administrative and recovery costs, and initiate legal proceedings where unlawful or fraudulent activity is suspected
In the event that the Website is used in a fraudulent or unlawful manner, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:
14.1 Cancel or suspect any affected orders or accounts.
14.2 Recover the value of the products, delivery fees, collection costs, and any associated legal or administrative expenses.
14.3 Initiate civil or criminal proceedings where appropriate to protect its rights and interests.
You agree to cooperate with Al Meera in any investigation related to fraudulent or illegal activity on the Website.
Al Meera Consumer Goods reserves the right to cancel orders, suspend accounts, recover products or their value, charge administrative and recovery costs, and initiate legal proceedings where unlawful or fraudulent activity is suspected, in accordance with the Enforcement and Termination clause
By using the Website or contacting us through electronic means, you agree to receive communications from us electronically, including emails, text messages SMS, and notifications through the Website.
You acknowledge and agree that any agreements, notices, disclosures, or other communications we provide to you electronically are legally valid and meet any legal requirement for such communications to be in writing and are legally binding.

“Intellectual Property” means all present and future rights to intellectual property (both registered and unregistered) including any patents, inventions and improvements, copyright, trademarks, designs, any corresponding property rights under the laws of any jurisdiction and any rights in respect of an invention, discovery, trade secret, secret process, know-how, concept, idea, information, process, data or formula.
All content available on the Website, including text, images, graphics, logos, icons, software, and trademarks is owned by or licensed to Al Meera Consumer Goods and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing shall grant the customer any right, title, or interest in any Intellectual Property of Al Meera Consumer Goods.

Termination or suspension shall not affect accrued rights, payment obligations, or provisions which by their nature survive termination, including limitation of liability, disclaimers, governing law, and dispute resolution
These Terms represent the full and complete agreement between you and Al Meera Consumer Goods regarding your use of the Website and replace any prior or current understandings, discussions, or communications, whether made electronically, orally, or in writing.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any dispute arising out of, or in connection with, these Terms shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the State of Qatar
These Terms may be issued in Arabic and English. In case of discrepancy, the Arabic version shall prevail to the extent required under the laws of the State of Qatar
